Am a fan of Patrick Dewarae from his superb Les Valseuses and Beau Pere which tackle pretty taboo issues.
This one looks good !
Years have I spend searching for (an uncensored copy of) this magical movie from my coming of age period, the wonderful 70’s (when it was broadcast in it’s full glory – long live the 70’s!). Even whilst travelling in Italy a decade later (no longer findable then). The Lago maggiore, a scorching Ornella Mutti, the uniquely talented Ugo Tognazzi and (much mourned) Patrick Dewaere, and the really exquisite music of Armando Trovaioli (“Lady in Black”).
Oh Mr. Risi, this was all too much!
