Unfortunately, the video appears to have been sped up at least 10%.
i checked ep1 now.. in my vlc player audio/video both in sync and looking normal..

I tried that, but -10% still felt like the dialogue was sped up while -20% was way too slow.
The sync is good. It’s really only the speed.
It’s possible the DVD was mastered from a broadcast tape that had been time-compressed to allow for more ads…
I once saw Die Hard 2 on cable and the dialogue sounded like it was a cartoon because of the time compression.
