Terrible copy, awful audio dips & picture quality
This is one of those movies that seemed to come on late night in the early to mid 90s constantly.
India Allen was very solid plus the plot was very decent for b movie. I would of loved to see Ms. Allen with Ms. Donna Speir shooting up bad guys in Hawaii
