Love that original cover art, it’s so beautifully 1986…bugs me that it wasn’t used on the DVD.
The poster for this movie (and the female lead) was ingrained in my memory since it appeared on the back of a month’s worth of Marvel comics. Somehow I managed to NOT see it for 37 years! I figured since no one talked about it, it must have been bad but who knows what I’d have thought of it then. As it is its so bad in a good way. Unintentionally funny.
Music montages for skateboarding and sex! The Red Hot Chili Peppers performing. It’s hilarious watching the actors suddenly having bad hair days as their stuntmen take over wearing wigs.
Recently realized Robert Rustler wasn’t in Gotcha or A Nightmare On Elm St (he was in the sequel) and that all these years Jsu Garcia was a different dude! Crazy.
