Brilliant Curtis Hanson film from 1986 that captures that Times Square 80s sleaze era astonishingly well for a big network TV production. Always fun to experience NYC how it used to be in the good old days eg Vigilante, Exterminator, Night Of The Juggler etc.
Children of Times Square is also available on Tubi for anyone who feels a sudden urge to watch it instantly.
It’s hard to complain about this ultra-rarity from the late great Curtis Hanson… but there’s a *lot* of judder throughout the whole film. It seems like a transfer or hosting error?

Haven’t seen this one since it aired on TV. Pretty gritty and excellent shots around NYC in the eighties, if memory serves.
