Description: The film is based on a true occurrence in Sweden in 1988. A Finish couple murdered a young boy and his parents when they prevented the theft of the son’s bicycle. The film tries to describe the relationship between the dominant Jari, who calls himself “Il Capitano”, and his more mature “soldier” Minna, that develops into mutual dependence.

    No, I didn’t watch this flick and not intend because I read description and see these Finns are lost–they touch really small events but something big like Russians starting war with them and taking half of their land Finns ignore.
    Yes, I watched others Finnish movies and they all mainstream nonsense.

        At least he is being honest about it. Also, while the movie in question may not be your topnotch awards movie ever, it’s still the only film depiction of the murders and murderer.

        Strange enough, the events which it was based on, fueled swedish “Finn igen!”-curse to the borderline absurdness, compared to their current status quo competition with South Africa for Hell on earth-prize with their multicultural gang, violence, rape pandemia. And they, nor the law enforcement, can’t even say it aloud afraid being labeled as racists.
