this was on the tv randomly in the background at an overnight slumber party. my 10yr completely innocent self was weirdly affixed to the big screen in that downstairs basement den. and was of course completely warped afterward- didn’t sleep for 72hrs! with it’s mature themes of bondage, suggested rape, torture, possible child abuse? at any rate, super glad i remembered the name of this after blocking it out for years.. found the dvd on ebay and rewatched and honestly its a great b movie. as campy as it is, there’s a lot of cool ideas within that would make for a potentially awesome redux/remix one day if it were ever in the hands of the right visionary director (a la gaspar noe, et ilk)
This one has a gorgeous look based on the trailer. I have owned the DVD forever and never watched it. Happy that I can now see it in HD instead. Thanks!
