My favorite of Paul Verhoeven’s films, it’s truly amazing how similar all of his early movies were. This one, “Starship Troopers,” “Showgirls,” “Soldier of Orange” all deal with a group of young people chasing their dreams, following each character to their own fate.. This formula worked really well for Verhoeven’, although the movies that didn’t follow this formula (“4th Man,” “Basic Instinct,” “Robocop”) had the most commercial success.. Anyway thanks for posting the early, lesser known works of this Great director.
European teen romance , but looks like a american teen movie. Although an enjoyable movie
