This movie is much better than one would expect. The ape looks pretty damn authentic, kudos to the F/X crew. But I guess nobody is looking at the gorilla when Vanity is on screen, one of the most beautiful women to ever grace the planet. Hard to contemplate this was created by Alfred Sole, the man who directed the American giallo masterpiece “Alice,Sweet Alice,” “Tanya’s Island” deserves the blu ray treatment.
