Responding to petr above, I’m pretty sure this is complete. It feels like something’s missing only because this was a pilot episode for a series that didn’t get picked up. It ends on a cliffhanger with the couple on the run, presumably because the series would’ve been their adventures with Wishman hiding from the law and meeting new people, kind of like The Fugitive or The Incredible Hulk TV show.
The movie is not whole. There is missing approx. 12 minutes at the end.
