It seems that every existing print of this movie is missing an extremely important sequence that occurs when the character Louis is locked inside the shaft in the boiler room and he calls to the girl in the shower to help him. In the very next scene the head girl is accusing Teresa of making frequent trips to the boiler room and having secret meetings with the son of the Headmistress. The entire sequence where Teresa goes to the boiler room and unlocks the cage so Louis can get out of the air shaft is missing. When we see the two characters later they obviously know each other, but with these scenes missing iwe never see any of it. We don’t even know how Louis got out of the air shaft.I was hoping that Arrow would pick up on such a glaring flaw, and it isn’t minor, because without the missing sequence things don’t even make sense. I guess this scene is lost forever, which is a shame because this film is a genre masterpiece..

Do you know what the source for the HD video is? I know Arrow is releasing a new version in 2 weeks (which I am hoping is better quality than the US Shout! Factory release a few years ago).. not sure what extras are included. I did pre-order, so when it arrives I can update my post.
