Paul Clemens seemed to play/be cast in the “odd guy” roles but this is the film I always think of when I see or hear his name.

What a great movie! I have many fond memories of being creeped out by this one. Will be fun to see it again. Thanks!

I got a fond spot for this one. I seen it as a first run at the drive-in along with a few friends. I was heavily medicated and the last twenty or so minutes were quite disturbing. Some fool made the mistake of tapping on my car window at about 2AM. I nearly somersaulted into the backseat and cracked the window glass with the speaker. His car wouldn’t start and he wanted a jump! This one has a lurid, sleazy quality like Larry Cohen’s ‘God Told Me To’. One of my favorite outdoor cinema experiences… though I didn’t feel that while it was happening. Thanks for the commentary!

      Man, the drive-in…
That makes me kind of nostalgic.

I wish there was still a place near me that offered that experience. It had a totally different vibe than going to a movie theatre.

If you had a convertible, you could take a date and be out under the stars. Or you could just bring your own snacks and chat with your friends in the car.

Theatre experience is nice too, I guess, but I do miss the drive-in
