well, kind of over-arching, collage-like parade of important figures appearing 1-2mins each, but so has rare footage of the Love Parade Berlin 1989, document of a social revolution that has now turned into gender politics, In the western world that is (elsewhere perceived societal downfall). Thanks for the controversy stuff RL.
…having said that the film seems to run intentionally in fast-forward as in rave mode itself! Pause to process, and you get Alec Empire exclaiming “I think it was boredom that led to fascism in Germany not hate, and it’s exactly what’s going on at the moment, everyone’s so bored no-one wants to change anything”, then 55mins into the film after an ambient snippet Genesis P-Orridge appears out of thin air for 20secs, an almost frightening experience, and more. Impressed!
