it’s been shortened to 2 hours and 10 minutes

No, the is is the 4 and 1/2 hour uncut version, the complete movie., from a Scandinavian source dvd. Maybe the American dvd is cut…not this one.
I remember loving this. Michael Mann gave us so much gritty and stylish TV.
