Not much of a description: “A famous conductor gives an interview to a rather young journalist.”
To me, this sounds like conductor George “Solti” Stern from Hungary, who upon meeting the young but married BBC journalist Valerie Pitts, told her that she had to leave her husband and instead marry the famous conductor, to which she replied that his was an absurd notion, and then went and did just that.

Thank you so much for this, you are a super star!
The only time I have seen this in any sort of quality was on TV in the 70s.
