Great bonus content! An isolated track with the original score by Jerry Goldsmith would have perfected it, but this is probably the definitive edition of Legend.
Now acc. to the extras of Blade Runner Scott was into early stages of Legend before Blade Runner (1982) was finished, a budget nightmare at that time. I guess this frantic project mgt. passed into the Legend’s aura.

My thoughts on the theatrical: Unicorns and unibrows lurk in Ridley Scott’s fantastical pic, a sometimes visually stunning eighties misstep. Tim Curry’s Darkness is overwrought and kind of disappointing compared to the more frightening Pennywise or Frank-N-Furter, and he isn’t even the most sinister of the creatures Rob Bottin designed here. Curry’s uncanny, grotesque triple-turn in Tales From the Crypt’s “Death of Some Salesmen” — if you know, you know — remains the true stuff of legend. As for adult-themed fairy tales, I much prefer Neil Jordan’s The Company of Wolves, which is more coherent, daring, and Grimm.
