Why is the file so big? 2.5 gb? Is it because of the subs?

  2. Wendel says:

This was a big film in its time and then fell off the face of the earth.
    Thank you for posting it.

This is ranked at 362 of my top 400 “notable” movies, and in my top 10 of the worst movies to watch with a date, with Eraserhead and Psycho being at the top of that list.

Michael Jackson sings the song “Ben” for the closing scene, which makes this movie even that much weirder.

Here’s Michael singing that song live:

That song was popular, and I remember hearing it on the radio. I thought it was a gay love song, but it was about Willard’s love for a rat named Ben. Ha!

    “TEAR ‘IM UP!!”
The Phrase that Pays, ya’ll (and still shocking after all these years).
    Thanks, Rarelust.

    What an unusual movie…

Commentary is with actor Bruce Davison and moderator/film historian Nathaniel Thompson (editor of the Mondo Digital website).
