  3. JoeJitsu says:

I thought this looked familiar. It also was released under the title “Last Days of Man on Earth” and was one of the first R-rated movies I saw on HBO in its early days. Yes it’s a disjointed mess but had some very good sci-fi plot ideas that survived from Moorcock. Thanks for digging this one up!

  4. Fredo says:

Thanks for fulfilling my request so fast, you’re a true wizard!

  5. Ian says:

Based on the Michael Moorcock SF novels that were big in the 1970s, it’s interesting – all of Fuest’s films were – and looks great as ever with him, but the messy script ended up displeasing fans of the books AND people who’d not read them.

Unsurprisingly but disappointingly, no-one has tried to film them again.

Graham Crowden is wonderful, of course.

  6. Mike says:

To all the skeptics who think they know everything. You are being lied to. Your government is on record doing bad things, the CIA created the term “conspiracy theorist” so sheep could dismiss the truth. Operation Northwoods, Operation Mockingbird, Operation Paperclip and for funsies look up “heart attack gun and Congress”

    • ROLD GOLD says:

      Indeed

      1. Warren Commission created term ‘conspiracy theorist’
      2. Church Commission hearings 1975 raised topic of ‘heart attack gun’
      3. NUMEC, Apollo Affair, USS Liberty, Masonry, etc.

    • BJTIII says:

Nurse, another patient has wandered into the visitors’ wing.

  7. Harlan says:

This is what scientists do these days, for real, unless the big news corporations spread fake news again. A must see, just to see how much the story resembles what is being told today of these age-old objectives to perfect the world to come.
