Couch potato actioner that needed more steroids. Andrew Dice Clay is mostly on point and in his element; there’s even a Ford Fairlane joke. The cast does their best to squeeze some juice out of this lemon. Fred Williamson’s too likable to play the heavy even though he’s clearly enjoying the chance. There’s some decent T&A courtesy of some real life bodybuilding chicks. They’re shredded, but still looking stacked and feminine with those implants and thongs. Bookended by some gloriously goofy nineties shoot-outs. 5.7/10
