Interesting that this print is almost 6 minutes shorter than the DVD release, which clocks in at 99:43 at the same frames-per-second speed.
Other than the digitally created titles for this version, is anybody aware of what footage might be missing?
That movie cover reminds me of the “Telecatch”, here in Brazil, when I was a child, and then, a teenager. Those fights I could watch on open TV were very funny. This film also interests me, very much. Unfortunately, all my hard disks are almost full! Thank you for posting all those wonderful classics and rarities!!!
The Santos universe is bat shit crazy and all the better because it’s played so serious. I really like a recent Tarantino-influenced crime film called ‘Lowlife’ (2017) which captures this aspect of the Santos mythos with a masked character known as El Monstruo.
