  1. Joe Hill says:

What am I missing? There appears to be a Greek soundtrack and an English commentary soundtrack but I don’t see subtitles anywhere despite them supposedly being embedded.

  2. Ebert & Ernie says:

    thank you!

  3. Mr.G. says:

RL perfect timing with “Poor Things” screening now in Venice 80. A kind of trend plenty of sex should be used in film “not to betray the character” (say, attract more audience in a dwindling industry). Works with “intimacy coordinators” (sic) so that the actress (Emma Stone lately) “has no shame about her body, nudity, to do the scenes” (interview Venice, 2023). I prefer Ken Russell, comes all natural, otherwise …Arse Gratia Artis.

  4. Tony says:

Awesome. An early film from the director of Dogtooth and The Killing of a Sacred Deer. Expect some twisted and dark material and some sexual content, of course. Thanks for the commentary.
