Description: In 1973, Gamera sacrifices his life to rid the world of the Gyaos once and for all. Toru and his friends raise the turtle, who turns out to be a small Gamera. After a new man-eating creature named Zedus shows up in Japan, it’s up to the small Gamera to save the world as the previous Gamera had done before.

    Btw, there is also this movie, but it is somewhat infamous, because it basically consisted of stock footage.

    I guess I lied in an earlier comment (on Gamera Supermonster) when I said that was the only Gamera movie I’d never seen because I never even heard of this one!

    Granted I was out of “the scene” for a while when this was new, but still shocked I never even heard of it.

      Trust me–this was BIG NEWS on the ‘Net when it first came out. Also, “The Children’s Relay Torch-Pass” will bring tears to your eyes…it’s just that good and the Director’s way of saying “We’re passing Gamera down to OUR kids.” It’s awesome.
