As contemporary movies become less and less watchable (in their own right and because my standards increase), the appeal of old movies grows. Even the ones that are not wonders of art showcase a less miserable and more natural world – just a more spacious world, for one thing! So thank you. Someone here mentioned bikinis? Great!
true i don’t seem to quite like new movies either… they bore me… not enough sleazy stuff maybe ^^ everthing is watered down nowadays.
Agree with you guys. Started the morning watching the new Firestarter. So boring and poorly written. I’ll take even the worst comedies from this era any day. I feel like most anything pre-2000 is more likely to entertain or even inspire.
