This is beyond bad but a must for Ray Dennis Steckler fans. Not only does he do a great commentary track but he also supplies the narrative voice of the Strangler. The avoidance of synched audio reminded me of a Doris Wishman film. Also contains some interesting footage of late 70s California and Steckler’s ex-wife, Carolyn Brandt, is the Slasher!
