I downloaded a lower quality version of this several years ago. It’s an okay J-horror flick. The thing that – to me – is notable about this movie is that it co-stars a young Rina Matsuno. Rina later became an idol singer in the Stardust Promotions groups Mini Cheer Bears and, most notably, Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku (Ebisu Private Junior High). She was one of my favorite girls in these groups. Sadly, at the age of 18 Rina became very sick and passed away. I was the first person to write about EbiChu (the short form of the second group) in English, something I’m proud of, as they became a very popular group. Rina’s death really affected me to the point that I stopped paying attention to EbiChu. Her performance in this movie is just okay, but it suits the story.
