One of the very few instances where you’ll get to see Britt-Marie Engström. There’s a few seconds of her in “Dagmar’s Hot Pants, Inc” (https://rarelust.com/dagmars-hot-pants-inc-1971/) but here she plays a major rôle.
I don’t know why Sarno let this thing pass, though; the acting from everybody on screen is very much below his films’ normal standard. Maybe Engström’s character of ‘Anne’ could almost pass for being somewhat credible, but even that’s a stretch.
However, since you’re a Sarno appreciator, this is not to be missed for that reason, of course. And for Engström’s. And this seems to be the best print available now, anywhere, as far as I understand it.
