Fun trivia: this aired on the SyFy US channel as “Gangster World”, highly edited. My friend worked on this. Shot mostly in an abandoned indoor mall that was converted to a phone company business. The editor made a mistake and most of the footage was ruined, so mostly everyone came back a weekend later to reshoot most of the scenes all over again. The naked girl robot that gets melted down early in the movie left during lunch w/ the main actor and they were gone for a very long time together, make of that what you will. They had her sign a nudity clause on set because originally in the script she wasn’t naked.
