   Now, for everyone complaining about this film, please agree it’s way, way better than Krull. People say Lonely Lady is good for laughs, but I didn’t laugh one bit. And did not sleep through it (for a truly laughable turkey, watch Krull).

   I actually think it’s Pia Zadora’s best film (if it isn’t, which one is?), and the story is strong and also reflects her own life, I think, selling herself as she did, to that Israeli multi-millionaire husband of hers, who funded this film.

   I haven’t read the book but I suppose the original novel is the good thing about this film.

   Pia Zadora said she regretted this movie so much she thought of committing suicide but realized that this would be her last picture.
