Speaking of social commentary, I just bought the 4K edition of Crash, which may be his best such film. I found eXistenz one of his less valuable movies. However…SIX commentaries makes for a bonanzafest! Thanks.

Nice print, thanks! Supposed to be Videodrome of the ’90s but imho JJL doesn’t supersede Debbie Harry nor Cronenberg supersedes David Lynch, it was the opposite (Lost Highway) at that time.
Hand down the best movie about immersive gaming and reality loss. Terrific atmosphere, great acting. Not dated at all. All time fave of mine.
