Pasolini’s 50th since he passed in 1975 btw, thanks for choosing the proper film RL. Now the extra is a real treat here, shows Pasolini looking for proper shooting location in Palestine that has remained same as the time Jesus was teaching. Israeli areas had become too “westernized” to use. Poverty against riches he finds. before a final trip to Bethlehem. Fast-forward to present day UN Sustainability Goal No.1 is to eradicate extreme poverty by 2030, ending poverty is the key to peace Pasolini would say.
The 10GB file is only available for premium users :(

Brilliant upload! respects!!
Paul Verhoeven, who was a member of the Jesus Seminary and wrote a book about the man, called this his favorite Jesus movie.
Amazing and thank you so much, RL. I don’t think I’ve seen this. Poet, playwright, actor & director. What a guy Pasolini was. RL has already posted his other best known movies – the Trilogy of Life (Decameron, Canterbury Tales and Arabian Nights), Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom (don’t watch this when children of grandmothers are around), Medea (starring legendary opera singer Maria Callas (in a non-singing role) plus many others. Any other Pasolini movies you can post, RL, will no go unapperciated.
I’d say Teorema (1968) with Terence Stamp (RIP 08/2025) but it’s already available here: https://rarelust.com/teorema-1968/ so Porcile (1969) with Ugo Tognazzi Criterion HD would be very much appreciated!!
