Two incredible movies starring the great Pierre Clementi have turned up here recently; this one, and “The Inner Scar.” The two make for a great double feature. Thanks Rarelust for the fantastic foreign movies lately.
I didn’t think this site could get any better but with more bluray extras and old VHS movie sets, it has. Unbelievable. Thanks for this great giallo and all your hard work Rarelust.
Commentary is with Giallo experts Rachael Nisbet and Peter Jilmstad.
I love the fact that you not only provide these awesome movies, but that you also walk the extra mile by providing extras whenever they are available.
Thanks so much — one of my all time favorite films!
Which of the 2 cuts, theatrical or extended, do you recommend?
Of course, the extended cut is better. To this day they still cut down foreign films to fit with the “weaker attention spans” of American audiences. The extra 5 minutes adds more depth to the two main characters, and shows an extra level of closeness between them..
