Thanks for this. Kind of sad story, he understood eroticism was a revolution for the bourgeoisie at the time until porn took over, ultimately that was his commercially critical audience, so he faded away and died. Not the same with the (now) late Udo Kier who managed to be active to the last even as Adolf Hitler, or in Madonna’s Erotica music videoclip in the ’90s.
