This should be the Region 2 “Slasher Classics Collection No.36 Blu-ray” since it is the one with the commentary with slasher film podcasters The Hysteria Continues (Justin Kerswell [author of “Teenage Wasteland”], Eric Threlfall, Joseph Henson and Nathan Johnson). The R1 Shout Factory release is bare bones.
