Too bad you didn’t post the soundtrack together :(. But i love this movie!!!
One of the best, most jarring final scenes ever. Memorable all around, thanks for this oddity.
Also historically interesting as this is around the time the HOLLYWOOD sign was falling into ruin, which is probably why they were able to use it in this movie and most likely didnt have to pay to put it in a movie, like now.
As the camera pulls away from the sign, you get to see all of LA from the early 1970s.
If you play GTA5 enough and fly a helicopter to get around. the camera view will seem very familiar, even though the city was 45 years older wehn the game was released in 2013.

Female director there. There’s a moral in the film, after The Hunger Susan Sarandon seeks to direct female-friendly porn stating “most porn is brutal and doesn’t look pleasurable from a female point of view” (Guardian 5/17/2016) . So you either get a deranged photographer or let Susan in.
