Thanks for also posting the properly color timed version. The US Criterion release uses a version that has a strange subtle teal tint.
Regardless, I haven’t seen this since NIGHT FLIGHT late on a Saturday night on the USA cable channel back in the mid to late 1980’s.
thank you thank you! this is an amazing film. your site is truly a service to mankind.
Hi, I’ve been looking for the full version of this movie for ages! Thank you so much for uploading. Can you tell me if the subtitles can be turned off for this version? I read over on Amazon that there’s one version floating around that can’t be turned off for the French or English tracks. Thank you for any help.
you can make subs off
Try using VLC player so you can select which track you hear,
VLC can change the audio tracks, but the original question was can you turn off the subtitles for this version. if they are imbedded into the file then no VLC cannot turn them off. You have to d/l the video yourself to know 100% for sure.
subs are embed not hard
when subs are embed in mp4 or mkv u can always turn on/off in any media player or hdtv

This looks familiar. I have a feeling I’ve sen it a long time ago. I’m looking forward to watching it to see if I did indeed watch it years ago.
This is REALLY a product of the early 19070s.
Thanks for the post.
I am going to get some of my “prescription” medication and sit back a groove with the track.
Great movie!! Bought this one in a small store back in the 90s and LOVED it!!
Saw his other movie Ghandahar and that one sucked.
Thanx for this animation classic! The work of Laloux is always awesome.
Thanks for fulfilling my request…
You are truly awesome – the best!
Thanks, saw this one in a theater in the 70’s. Quite interesting flick.
Many thanks for this!
