If this is an HDrip, why is the quality like that of VHS? Also, what’s wrong with the frame rate? Do you see the stuttering movements when people walk or the camera pans a scene?
Any chance you can fix this or is it in the master you have?

The film was censored in Argentina under the military regime and was only able to premiere 11 years later…This is a hard-to-find material of this quality; I hope you appreciate it.
