Thanks RL!! Kinda gives Lady Beware vibes. Weird thing is I feel like Lady Beware is a good deal more terrifying and psychologically disturbing; yet somehow the dismissiveness and nonchalance of the males in Call Me and the semi-acceptance of the stalker by the female lead in this one is just…..creepy. We have a long long way to go as a society but damn if the 80s weren’t a particularly shite time to be a woman.
