Highly recommended. This and McQ, if you can get over John Wayne’s potentially distracting presence, are surprisingly normal crime/action/intrigue flicks for the era and he fits in rather well.

Good production values and story. This one is more of a cosy American abroad premise, McQ is more hard-edged and neo noir, both very fine depending on your tastes.

Excellent! Thank you very much for the commentary, as well.
