Incredible; Never thought I would see this one restored to it’s original widescreen glory; “Through the Looking Glass” with Catherine Burgess is one of the finest Adult Films to come out of the 70’s…Leave it to Vinegar Syndrome to bring this one back. I’m always hoping VS will someday give us restored prints of “Sometime Sweet Susan,” and “Fiona On Fire,” two other masterclass Adult films from the golden Age of Porn..
Yeah, there’s still a lot of good ones that haven’t been given the deserved treatment for a hq blu-ray release. Here’s hoping VS/Melusine keeps up the great work.
A lot of porn has supernatural stuff — but it’s not out to scare you.
This one is. It is a true horror movie, with hardcore (for its time) sex.
Jamie Gillis turns the creep factor up to 11 and the danger and the fear on the actresses’ face is believable. He was a truly dirty and perverted man.
The use of an underage girl in the narrative is well done, and tasteful actually, no worries, but you could definitely never make something like this today.
Some italian movies mixed the scary and the sexy pretty well, but never quite like this.
This is a real movie, not just a camera set up next to a bed. There is atmosphere, locations, story. This is a forgotten gem of alternative cinema.
