I Clearly remember Elke and Sharon. Who is this Dean Martin person?
It’s a good James Bond spoof. And, it always whets my appetite for the real McCoy.
I watched this movie for the first time a few weeks before watching Tarantinos reimaging film, so it was crazy to see her watching her own film in the movie which I had also just seen.
I was in an Elke Sommer movie phase, which turned me on to Ms. Tate and this movie.
Who’s watching this now because they saw Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood? :)
Download. Matt Helm The Wrecking Crew Full Movie ?
Lovely, lovely Sharon. Over 50 years now. R.I.P.
I’m trying to debate WHO was the COOLEST “American ‘Bond'”–was it James Colburn’s “Derek Flint”, or Dean Martin’s “Matt Helm”? Choices, choices…
I’ll take Dean Martin’s “Matt Helm”, because he has a semi-harem at his disposal (and, WHAT a “semi-harem”!! Elke Summer, among them.).
Thanks, Rarelust. Keep ’em coming.
Ditto.
For the same reasons.
Plus, it’s been said Dino lived a very Helmian life. Maybe minus the spying, maybe.

Sharon Tate was going to appear in the next Matt Helm movie but events took their course and Dean Martin did not want to continue without her.
From what Ive read the movies had run their course and he didnt want to do another Matt Helm film. Hes the weakest part of this film, hes just walking thru the motions.
IMO, Tate, Sommer, Kwan and “Ginger” aka Tina Louise, are the BEST part of this film and the only reason to watch it.
Great! Thank you!
