This movie really digs in the dirt and is probably a bit of gritty realism even though it comes off as kind of a dirty comedy of cops and pimps. They really do degrade these innocent girls, and it has a great ‘ick’ factor about it.
A rough drama, but some humor, and some satisfying revenge against the scumbags, and some genuine tragedy. Good on them for not glamorizing crime and sex like they usually did in this era.
As usual, it drags a bit in the middle, but they take the time to actually develop characters and plot, and it pays off at the end,
you can keep your PC sentiments to yourself. this is an explotation movie website. go whine somewhere else.
