Just watched this one again. Why on Earth hasn’t this fantastic cult movie not been restored for blu ray release? I’m imagining how gorgeous the South Sea Island photography would look in it’s original scope ratio..not to mention the beautiful cast. ‘Arrow Video’ or ‘Vinegar Syndrome’ should seek out the original film reels, if they still exist. It seems like the only copy floating around is this Dutch VHS tape…I hope it’s not a lost film.
