I have been trying to find a specific Japanese movie that I used to have. It was released in America; had found it originally at Kmart which is no longer in business. Have no recollection of names nor when exact release date was. It had to have been released between 2005 and 1990’s. The story is similar to Humanoids From the Deep in that a female investigator with strange powers from a magic dagger goes to some beachfront town investigating a series of murders and rapes by what is revealed to be a fish man creature. Does anyone know what this one is?
