Wow, this is an amazing film, it punches way above it budget. Just goes to show sometimes the understated approach is the right way to go.
Terrence Fischer was prolific as hell during the ’60s-early ’80s, mainly because he also WROTE and DIRECTED some of the BEST “DOCTOR WHO” episodes ever.
I think you’re thinking of Terry Nation, though he was a Dr.Who writer & did not direct any episodes. Terence Fisher had nothing to do with Dr Who.
