I fell in love with the female star of this when I saw it as a teen. So dreamlike and dark. A great sexually charged dark take on the Red Riding Hood tale.
Stunning make-up art, includes Danielle Dax of The Lemmon Kittens as the Wolfgirl. Super cult.
This is one of the very best British fantasy films I have seen. The teamwork of Angela Carter and Neil Jordan was truly magical.
