How the hell did this 25fps PAL VHS become a 50fps file?
The image is very jumpy, almost like frames are being skipped every couple of seconds. It is not smooth at all. Just look at it yourself.
Please re-up this and fix it if you can. Or ask the source of the VHS to make a better file at it’s appropriate frame rate.
