I knew back then when “ET” came out ,that it was a rip-off of this particular movie….the only problem was this movie was very hard to find at the time to prove my point…I watched it when I was a kid in the 60’s and it was kind of dated by today’s standards but cute none the less , but not a mention of it at all when the ET movie was being touted ,for a very long time.
