I saw this movie at a double bill at old time square movie theatre a completely underrated classic film about hard core prison life thanks for all the great classic movies rarelust associates.
Thank you for this blaxplotaion classic in high resolution with commentaries. The same applies to Penitentiary 2, as well as Watermelon Man.

For those unfamiliar with this one “Penitentiary” is a hybrid prison film/blaxploitation/boxing movie/comedy/drama. And it is superb on every level. On of the absolute finest of the genre.
