You found it! Just about everyone who sees this lost gem from the 80s has something good to say about it. I saw it as ‘Corrupt’ with a wonderfully lurid B&W photo of Lydon on a Thorn/EMI (EMI!) hardcase. John (Rotten) Lydon is quite memorable in a film that was a somewhat ahead its time and Keitel turns in his usual great performance. If you like Abel Ferrara’s ‘Bad Lieutenant’ and offbeat psychological storylines involving cops, this is for you.
