One of many teen-beach movies since the 1950s (well, “teens” in their 20s, we are in the US). Compared to “Miracle Beach”, “The Sure Thing” or “Hot Pursuit” are master pieces. And Dean Cameron is no John Cusack. Not even close. Ever. Never. In fact Cameron with his thick eye-brows, stupid haircut and clownesk acting is ruining practically all scenes with the 90s hotties Ami Dolenz and Felicity Waterman. Beside Cameron this is an easy watch for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
